{Foster Family Vacation}

So we’ve started a new tradition.  Every year, my husband’s whole family gets together for the weekend.  So far, we’ve camped at a campground on the lakeshore, a campground near home and last year we camped out at Andy’s parent’s house.  This year happened to fall on Andy’s grandma’s 80th birthday, so we all packed up and took the 6 (10 if you’re traveling with 2 young children :D) hour trek north!  Andy’s mom and Aunt Jill threw a great luau for Grandma and her twin sister, Aunt Doris.  The idea was for everyone to wear tacky Hawaiian shirts.  I promise, this is not how we dress all the time! 🙂

We had a great time just relaxing and hanging out with our 6 nieces and nephews, eating lots of food and swimming in Lake Michigan.

Thanks for looking!
