{EunJi}

After rescheduling due to rain, we finally got a clear night.  It wasn’t too chilly either!!  EunJi came all the way from Korea just to have me take her senior pictures!!  …ok, not really, but she did come all the way from Korea to enjoy her senior year at Heritage Christian Academy.  I had a great time learning all about EunJi and her family.

EunJi, hope you enjoy your senior year and get lots of snow days! 🙂

Thanks for looking!

{Costumes}

When I woke up this morning, I was worried that this session wasn’t going to happen.  Cloudy skies, rain on the radar…  but instead, the clouds cleared as did the radar and the sun came out!  I’ve been fortunate enough to photograph this family two years in a row now!  The kiddos are a year older and there’s been a new addition:  Lila Grace!

They brought the kiddos’ Halloween costumes this year.  Seriously, how adorable are they?!

{One Year Later}

One year ago today I blogged very exciting news.  We were having a baby!  That wonderful Chinese Birth Calendar came through once again and we had a beautiful little girl!  Here we are in front of that same tree one year later.  My how our lives have changed.  This wee one is majorly loved by her big brother (aside from the occasional assault…), and adored by her mommy & daddy.

We love you Ella girl and are so glad to call you ours!

{Katie}

This session was a race against the sun!  We met downtown and realized we were losing light fast so I shot in a whirlwind and got done before we lost all that magical evening light!

Katie brought her guitar.  That is all I have to say.  Ok, not really… I want to elaborate 🙂  This is the first session I’ve been serenaded while shooting and I have to say, I quite enjoyed it!

Katie, it was great meeting you!  Have a great senior year!

Thanks for looking.

{Lindsey}

Meet Lindsey & Daniel.  Seniors.  Siblings.  Twins.

We took a few shots of them together and then continued on with Lindsey’s session.  Daniel’s is coming up soon, so keep your eye out!

I first met Lindsey when I started dating my husband six years ago.  As I was driving to her session, I was blown away that she is a senior already!  As the years have passed, Lindsey has gone from a fun-loving junior higher to a gorgeous young woman!  See for yourself!

Lindsey, it was great spending some time with you tonight!  Happy senior year and good luck deciding where you want to go next year!  😀

{Ella Girl}

Ella girl is 3 1/2 months old already!  I cannot believe how fast the time has gone.  She is a smiley content little gal.  We love her to death!

We went out on this gorgeous fall day to snap a few pictures of her.

The way she sucks on her cheek and that wide open smile…

Her favorite way for her daddy to hold her…

…just a few things I never want to forget!

And who doesn’t love a good sneeze!

Thanks for looking!

{Maddy}

Meet Maddy.  She is a senior at Heritage Christian Academy.  She was a trooper.  It rained through almost our whole time together, but she didn’t care one little bit as you can see from that gorgeous smile!

Maddy brought a fun little entourage along!

Maddy, it was great to meet you.  Good luck in volleyball.  Hope you enjoy your senior year!
